The pasta at the restaurant was off-the-charts delicious! Plus, the views from the 4th-floor bar. I also loved the extra guest items in the room-it was like they really thought about comfort.

A utility trailer blocked my parking, resulting in a minor scrape. But you know what? With all the good stuff, it's hard to let the small things drag down the fun.

The hotel of choice in Chapala. A brand-new property with excellent food. Particularly good location in Chapala, just off Mexico taxis, lake and both Chapala and Ajijic. Also, in the middle of jackson. Large rooms with balcony. Great and good breakfast, a wide range of meals.

The shampoo pump in my room was broken, and I had to figure that out myself after the first morning. I experienced some noise from the street since my room was on the first floor, which disrupted my sleep at night. Lastly, I was disappointed that I couldn't charge food and drinks by providing my room number by the pool. Cash was the only option.

While the location was lovely, i was appalled by the dirty shower head and broken bathroom door. The service was okay, but i expected far better. If only i could have been offered a complimentary drink or an upgrade, i mean, it's only fair, right? But alas, just couldn't overlook these issues!

Charming hotel, cute atmosphere, and the staff was supportive, providing great assistance while I enjoyed the wonderful outdoor swimming pool area during my short visit, located just a convenient 25 km from the nearest airport.

The stay was quite enjoyable, particularly the views from the restaurant that overlook the lake were stunning. It was also a treat to find extra guest items in the room, like slippers and a manicure kit. I appreciated the easy access from Guadalajara, which made coming and going a breeze. A commentary on the spa services would have been nice as I did wonder what I might have missed out on there.

The excellent customer service, the clean outdoor spaces, the fantastic food options was amazing.

The room wasnice and neat. The view from the restaurant was fine. I especially enjoyed the outdoor pool area where you could order drinks while relaxing in the water. The staff were friendly.

The rooms are spacious, quiet, and have comfortable beds, the bathrooms are nice with a bathtub and the food is excellent, the location is right in the middle of everything.

Extremely comfy beds. Reasonably large and fairly quiet rooms. - Lots of facilities such as satellite television, climate control, and an electronic key card

This place is fantastic! the rooms are spacious and come with a balcony that makes you feel right at home 🏠. the location is perfect, right in the heart of the city. We were able to walk everywhere easily since it's situated in a central area.
